Meditative Breathwork
Breathwork is an essential aspect of any mental health regimen. It promotes a sense of mindfulness, in which you learn to better manage lifes ebbs and flows and manage your natural thoughts and feelings. Breathwork has changed my approach to life, particularly how I manage stress. Given the high stress culture we live in I recommend it to everyone I encounter. With every session I'm serving my purpose of promoting and implementing a happier and healthier lifestyle. I offer Meditative(1hour) and Integrative(30 minute) Sessions.
